Project Name: Linear Asset Maintenance & Management Support

This task order provides professional services needed to assist the City’s Department of Watershed Management (DWM) in providing construction administration, construction inspection, and other services associated with the Department’s various water distribution system projects. This task order provides support for DWM’s Office of Linear Infrastructure Operations (OLIO) annual contracts as well as a variety of City initiatives and inter‐jurisdictional projects, e.g., projects managed by GDOT, Sandy Springs, Fulton County, City of Atlanta Public Works (including Renew Atlanta), etc. Typical work supported under this task order includes water main construction, meter installation, utility investigation, emergency repairs, backlog reduction, and meter installation. 
 
The project scope of Phase 1: 
Includes upgrades to digesters 200 and 250 at the RM Clayton WRC, upgrading required equipment in the digester head houses and the construction of a new electrical building. 
 
Justification: 

• Contributes to more stable revenue projections  
• Reduces the number of inaccurate and/or estimated bill  
• Enhances customer satisfaction through more accurate billing Reduces cost and effort for corrective and emergency maintenance
