The Peyton Center facility will be located on Peyton Road at the former Peyton Pipe Yard Facility. The new facility will be constructed that consolidates the following functions:
Office of Linear Infrastructure Operations (OLIO) Operations Center
Training Center
Warehouse Storage Facility
The Peyton Center will consolidate executive and administrative staff responsible for Linear Infrastructure operations and maintenance for wastewater collection. The facility will include management offices, lockers, break rooms, and meeting rooms. Storage facilities will be provided for crews and associated equipment and vehicles used by the crews.
The Training Center will include a 300-seat auditorium/meeting space, and classrooms with advanced training systems.
The new warehouse will store materials for OLIO operations. The facility will include uncovered space for OLIO construction equipment pipes etc. as well as covered space for more sensitive items not to be directly exposed to the weather.
The facility will need to attain a minimum of LEED Silver certification.

Establishes a centralized center for OLIO construction activities
Enhances efficiency with asset control from the consolidation of the warehouse facilities
Enhances efficiency with improved operational space and enhanced training capabilities
