Project Name: Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Water Meter Installation & Replacement Services

This contract provides the services necessary to install and/or relocate water meters, fire hydrants and the associated appurtenances necessary to provide City of Atlanta customers with new water services, thereby allowing new development to occur. Although this contract provides for the work associated with water meters ranging in size from ¾-inch to 10-inches, this contract is primarily used to install and/or relocate meters less than or equal to 2-inches in size.

• Provides water services for new development
• Provides for the installation of critical assets related to public safety
• Provides the mechanism for determining fair and accurate billing and revenue collection
